Oversee care and service planning for children in foster care. Case Managers coordinate medical, educational, and therapeutic services while ensuring safety, compliance, and continuity of care. This role works closely with Cottage Parents, direct-care staff, DFPS, and other professionals. This is a full-time role centered on organization, collaboration, and trauma-informed care.

Thank You!

When children enter foster care, they often lose more than their home. They lose their school, their friends, and sometimes even their siblings.

Your support helps children stay connected to what they know.
