Overnight Awake Staff

Provide overnight supervision and support in the cottage homes. This role ensures children are safe, monitored, and cared for throughout the night. Responsibilities include responding to needs, completing bed checks, maintaining structure, and communicating important updates to daytime staff. This role supports consistency, safety, and continuity of care during overnight hours.

This is a part-time, direct-care role focused on attentiveness and reliability.

Case Manager

Oversee care and service planning for children in foster care. Case Managers coordinate medical, educational, and therapeutic services while ensuring safety, compliance, and continuity of care. This role works closely with Cottage Parents, direct-care staff, DFPS, and other professionals. The focus is on documentation, coordination, and advocacy that supports stability and long-term outcomes for each child.

This is a full-time role centered on organization, collaboration, and trauma-informed care.

Assistant Cottage Parent

Support children and cottage parents in the daily life of the home. Responsibilities include helping with meals, housekeeping, homework, transportation, and activities. Assistant cottage parents build positive relationships with children and model healthy routines. The role supports structure, consistency, and a safe environment.

This is a part-time role that plays an important part in the stability and care of each child.

Cottage Parent

Serve as a consistent caregiver in a family-style home for children in foster care. The role is responsible for the daily rhythm of the cottage, including meals, school routines, chores, activities, and bedtime. Cottage parents provide structure, guidance, and emotional support. The focus is on creating a safe, stable environment where children can heal and grow.

This is a full-time, live-in role centered on consistency, care, and long-term impact.
